On 12 May, the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds and the Jain Family Institute (JFI) will host a full-day workshop in New York City focused on sovereign wealth funds and social impact. Building on the popular panel at the 2024 IFSWF Annual Meeting in Muscat, Oman, the workshop will offer practical insights and frameworks to measure and communicate impact to stakeholders, including governments, investors, and the public. 

The workshop will convene sovereign investment professionals, academics, and industry thought leaders. Panel discussions, keynotes, and networking sessions will present effective methods and deepen collaboration among practitioners. A key feature of the event will be the presentation of new survey-based research by JFI and IFSWF exploring current and future directions of sovereign wealth fund social impact measurement, including approaches to assessing financial additionality.
